Deepdive
We learn your job before we draw anything.
Sound familiar?
The Excel file that started as a list and now runs the company.
Paper in the truck by day, retyped at the office by night.
The off-the-shelf system everyone works around instead of using.
How it works
It starts with a thirty-minute call, on us. Then five steps we run together. Nobody knows your business like you do, so you're in the room the whole way, and the same two people take it from the first sketch to the day it goes live.
We learn your job before we draw anything.
We sit with the people doing the work. Open the spreadsheet, ride along in the field and find the moments that actually cost you.
Clickable screens before a line of code.
You see and test the app as sketches and a prototype, on the devices your team actually uses. This is where you say “no, that's not how we work” while it's still cheap to change.
We build. You watch it grow every week.
The same two people who designed the app build it. You test on real data as we go. No handovers, no project manager in between.
Tested by your people, not just by us.
Before launch we tighten every screen and run the real flows with the people who will use them every day.
Live isn't done.
We stay on once the app is live. Watch how it's used, fix what breaks and keep building at the pace your business needs.
What it costs
We pin the number after the deepdive, before you commit to the build. Then compare it with what the spreadsheet costs you today: the hours, the double work, the things that go wrong. Most people arrive at a number that makes the decision easy.
The alternatives
We build apps where strategy, design and tech work as one, in the gap where no one else builds. You talk to the person building it, and decisions get made in the room. And when we're not the right fit, because you need a procurement process, an enterprise agreement or a new website, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
Quick websites and campaign pages.
Often beautiful, but rarely built to scale or last.
The space in between.
Fast like a studio, solid like an engineering team. Apps built to last, not just to launch.
Enterprise systems and consultancy.
Reliable, but often heavy and slow.
No. That's most people. You arrive with a problem and a spreadsheet, and working out what to build is the first thing we do together.
A first version with the core features takes six to eight weeks from when we start. A bigger app takes longer, but you'll have something to test for real within the first few weeks.
We don't disappear. Hosting, updates and new features at whatever pace you need, and we agree on what that looks like before launch.
Borlänge, Sweden. We work with companies across Sweden and do the deepdive on site whenever we can. Everything else works just as well on a video call.
Start with what annoys you most. Usually it's a single flow: the quote, the timesheet, the inventory. We take that first. The rest can wait, and often gets easier once the first piece is in place.
None. The app is yours to use for as long as you like, with no license fee to us.
Yes, usually. We plug into what you have and replace only what's broken. Sometimes the right answer is to build alongside it.
Book thirty minutes. You tell us what takes too long or just feels off, we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and if we are, you'll have a plan and a price within a few weeks.
