Why this mattered

Stora Inspirationsdagen is a recurring live tour, visiting cities across Sweden and drawing thousands of attendees. But behind the scenes, ticket handling was manual – so manual that one person worked full time just to keep things running. It was functional, but fragile.

What we saw

The event itself was smooth and energizing. But the back office was stretched. We realized this wasn’t just about tickets – it was about giving the team breathing room, and making the audience feel confident and welcomed from the very first touchpoint.

What we did

We designed and built a digital ticketing system and a web-based check-in app, optimized for multi-location events. From purchase to entry, the experience became streamlined, scalable, and easy to manage – for both attendees and organizers.

What changed

The full-time role was no longer needed. Event check-in became faster and more structured, with real-time visibility across all stops on the tour. The team could focus on the audience, not the admin.
