Why this mattered
Penslar & Fönster had a thorough but time-consuming process for managing window renovations. We explored how parts of that workflow could be simplified – without losing control or quality.

A team with deep knowledge and a clear process – but also with room to reduce admin and remove unnecessary repetition.
What we did
Together with Penslar & Fönster, we mapped their workflow and developed a custom hybrid tool to support it – from field to office. Each window is now tagged with a unique QR code, simplifying navigation and documentation in real time.
What changed
The new setup makes the process clearer, faster, and easier to follow. What used to take up to ten days now takes just one – with less manual effort, and more shared visibility for everyone involved.
